Making Deals in ATL
ECG’s team along with a number of ECG’s membership attended the recent ICSC Southeast Conference & Deal Making held in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a great opportunity to network with retailers and real estate professionals, learn about new ideas and trends and of course, make some deals.

2017 ECG | MEAG Power Economic Development Bus Tour
August 29-30, 2017 the Economic Development Bus Tour traveled through west Georgia visiting eight ECG communities. We will visit College Park, East Point, Fairburn, Grantville, Hogansville, LaGrange, Newnan and West Point.
Bus tours are provided each year to highlight our communities and available properties. Representatives from ECG, MEAG Power, State of Georgia Economic Development, Department of Community Affairs, Georgia Municipal Association and others participate in the tour to become more familiar with the community and its individual qualities. The tour offers each community a great opportunity to showcase its many attributes and pro-economic development atmosphere.
