Gov. Nathan Deal announced today that TSYS, a global payments company headquartered in Columbus, will create up to 450 jobs through a new contact center in Henry County.

The Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD) announced today that Oilon, a Finnish energy and environment technology company, will open its first U.S.-based office and warehouse in Thomasville, creating 50 jobs over the next five years.

After months of renovation and planning, Alexis Burton’s dream of owning her own coffee shop and café became a reality earlier this month in downtown Monroe.
