ECG’s Grant Cagle named Manager, Industrial Project Management
ECG is delighted to announce that Grant Cagle has been named Manager of Industrial Project Management. Grant has worked with ECG and our members for the past four years, promoting Georgia as an Industrial Project Manager.
While at ECG, Grant has worked with our statewide partners on numerous projects, including automotive, plastics, food, firearms, and aerospace manufacturing, along with distribution and finance opportunities.

In a year unlike any other, I could not be more proud of the Peach State or the hardworking Georgians who call it home. Businesses and Georgians alike have confronted immense and unprecedented challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and have once again proven why Georgia remains the No. 1 state to do business. This year, both Site Selection magazine and Area Development magazine recognized Georgia as the top state for business – the eighth and seventh year respectively, both publications have awarded us the top ranking.

Automotive Supplier JinTech America Opens First U.S. Facility in West Point, Creating 70 Jobs
Governor Brian P. Kemp today announced that JinTech America, a supplier of interior automobile parts, will invest nearly $4.5 million in opening their first U.S. advanced manufacturing facility in West Point, Georgia, creating 70 jobs in Harris County.
“It’s a pleasure to welcome JinTech America to the Peach State, and I thank them for creating opportunities for the hardworking Georgians of Harris County,” said Governor Kemp.

Hyundai TRANSYS to Invest More Than $240 Million in West Point Expansion, Create 678 Jobs
Governor Brian P. Kemp today announced that Hyundai TRANSYS, a world-renowned producer of automotive parts, will invest more than $240 million in expanding their operations in Georgia, creating 678 full-time long-term positions at a new manufacturing facility in the West Point area.
“Our No. 1 business climate, alongside our robust logistics network and top-ranked workforce training programs, are not only attracting global companies to the Peach State, but also retaining existing industries and helping them grow here,” said Governor Kemp.
